Turbocharged Takeaways: Latest Platform Updates (September 2026)

By September 10, 2026No Comments

A new month means new content and tools to highlight on the Agency Revolution platform. Here’s everything you need to know for September.

Between our Forge insurance website platform and our Fuse marketing automation tools, we’ve got great new content to help your agency reach new clients while retaining your existing ones.

New Content Spotlight.

Forge

Our content team has been hard at work producing four new Quick Start FAQs ready to be enabled on your Forge website coverage pages. This month’s new FAQs are:

  • Risk Management FAQ
  • Commercial Umbrella Insurance FAQ
  • Liquor Liability Insurance FAQ
  • Classic Car Insurance FAQ

Forge’s AEO-friendly FAQs are written by our insurance subject matter experts—real people in our industry with real insurance agent experience—and are optimized to help your agency’s website show up and get cited in AI search engines.

If you’ve opted into having new Quick Start FAQs live on your website when they’re published by our team, these FAQs should already be on their relevant coverage pages and the Answer Hub page! Depending on your Forge package, you also have the ability to create your own custom Forge FAQs.

To learn how to access and activate the FAQs feature, check out our Help Center article here.

Fuse

Our Fuse content team has also been working hard to provide both new email campaigns and a new Quick Start pipeline to help you nurture your existing clients and bring in new leads. Here’s some of the new content available in Fuse:

  • New Custom Campaign: Commercial Liability to Commercial Property with Clickable Coverage®
  • Quick Start Pipeline: Cross-Sell: Auto
  • Quick Start Campaign Update: Personal Lines Nurturing
  • Quick Start Campaign Update: Commercial Lines Nurturing

Remember, if you’ve got a Quick Start campaign toggled on, it’ll automatically update as our content team makes adjustments and tweaks it throughout the year. We recommend checking out these new campaigns if you’re looking to automate your client nurturing, as well as to bolster your cross-selling efforts using Agency Revolution.

One Quick AR Win This Month.

As the end of the year rolls in, start planning your seasonal awareness website content and email campaigns to stay relevant and add value for your clients and prospects.

Turn the most common questions you’ve been answering about weather preparedness into a blog on your Forge website—have FirstDraft help if you’re stuck on writing!

Here are some common blog topics you could leverage, depending on where you’re located in the United States:

  • Getting ready for policy updates with end-of-year life changes.
  • Getting your home winter-ready on the East coast.
  • Getting holiday travel squared away and knowing your coverage gaps.

FirstDraft can do all the heavy lifting of getting your blog started for you! Check out this Help Center article to learn more about how to leverage Forge’s AI writing tools to help you blog faster.

The blog topics above also make for great emails to send to clients. If you have Forge and Fuse, you can also cross-link that blog in an email to your personal lines clients.

In general, seasonal preparedness emails are some of the best candidates for a Broadcast email send. Check out this Help Center article if you have any questions about setting up this type of message.

As a bonus, consider adding in a simple “Getting Ready for Winter” checklist so readers have a valuable resource to take away from your content. With the busyness of the end of the year, your clients and prospects will appreciate you thinking of them and their safety—and you can leverage Agency Revolution’s tools to accomplish just that.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need to refresh my Fuse email campaign content every year?

It depends on the type of campaigns you’re running, but we recommend giving your anchor campaigns—renewals, account reviews, and welcome kits—a look at least twice a year for relevance and tone. Now would be a great time of year to get ready for 2027!

How many blogs should I post on my Forge website per month?

The sweet spot is between two and four blogs per month, but consistency matters over quantity. SEO and AI search care about a posting schedule and quality content over flooding your site with blogs. Posting about topics specific to your area will also help you win in search. Remember: blog content can be repurposed into newsletters, social posts, and more!

After launching a new Fuse email campaign, how long should I wait to check in on its performance?

Your campaign’s timing will depend on what you’re checking, but the Marketing Analytics dashboard built into Fuse is a great place to drill down on metrics for individual campaigns. If you’re sending a Broadcast message, checking in after 24–48 hours will show you most of your opens and clicks. For ongoing campaigns, it’s best to check the Marketing Analytics dashboard on a monthly basis to benchmark performance.
