The newest Forge insurance website feature sets your agency up for success on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to help you show up in AI searches.
New Feature: Quick Start and Custom FAQs
With our new Quick Start FAQs, you can activate this AEO-driven feature for Forge in just a few clicks. This powerful feature will automatically add FAQs that answer direct questions to related coverage pages, meaning your website has an even better chance at showing up in AI search results. And, for Forge Premium clients, you’ll have access to create your own custom FAQs that populate on the pages of your choosing and formatted for you for consistency.
In addition, you’ll have access to the Answer Hub, which consolidates all of the FAQs on your website on a single page to leverage the benefits of AEO. In the background, we also create FAQ schema to give AI search engines even more reason to refer to your site when answering questions.
Note: This feature is available now for Forge clients on the latest version (Magenta). But don’t worry, our team is working on making parts this feature available on previous versions of Forge. Here are some easy AEO strategies you can still use.

On a monthly basis, we release brand-new Quick Start FAQs. This month, we’re releasing 4 FAQs, each with multiple questions/answers. This time, we have Home, Auto, Business Owner’s, and General Liability Insurance.

With this new quality of life update, when looking at policies under client accounts in Fuse, it will now sort policies by renewal date. This means the next renewal will be at the top for increased visibility. This change helps better organize your data and makes the Fuse policy feature more timely.
