How to Manage Form Entries

📋 Navigate your form entry tabs: The Form Entry section has three tabs: Forms (a list of all your forms with export options), Entries (a bird’s-eye view of all submissions across every form), and Spam and Trash (where you can recover legitimate entries caught by the filter and teach the system over time).

📤 Export entries for your team: From the Forms tab, you can export submissions as a CSV file and choose only the data fields relevant to the person making outreach. This makes it easy to share leads with your sales team, reconcile submissions against your agency management system, and spot trends in what prospects and clients are asking for.

🔔 Audit your notification settings: Each form can notify multiple people, and you can assign a different recipient for each form type. Take a few minutes to submit a test form (skip the word “test” to avoid triggering the spam filter) to confirm notifications are reaching the right person and that person has access to the dashboard.

🗂️ Keep your workspace clean: Filter entries by unread, read, or all, and move addressed submissions to trash to stay focused on what actually needs attention. Trashed entries are always recoverable, and marking spam helps the filter get smarter about what to flag over time.

📅 Build a sustainable cadence: Check unread entries daily, export entries weekly for reconciliation, and simplify form fields on an as-needed basis since shorter forms under 10 fields tend to produce more complete and accurate submissions. Assigning clear ownership of the form dashboard prevents backlogs and missed opportunities.
