Chief Delivery Officer

Monika Barak serves as Chief Delivery Officer at FMG Suite, where she is responsible for the company’s entire Customer Delivery System — including onboarding, implementation, customer support, website delivery, tech-enabled services, and sponsored engineering. In this role, she leads a team of 200+ people across FMG’s product brands and is accountable for ensuring that every customer receives the value they were promised, consistently and at scale.

Monika brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling delivery and operations organizations in SaaS. She is known for bringing clarity to complexity — unifying fragmented teams, redesigning broken systems, and building the operational infrastructure that allows growth to be sustainable rather than accidental. Her approach is practical and direct: align structure, accountability, and technology — including AI — around the customer outcome, and the results follow.

Before stepping into the CDO role, Monika served as VP of Operations for Agency Revolution, one of FMG’s core brands, where she unified two organizations into a single operating model, redesigned onboarding to reduce time-to-launch by more than half, and built a client success function that consistently outperformed retention targets. Earlier in her career, she helped scale Forge3 from a small team into the highest-rated website platform in the independent insurance industry, prior to its acquisition.

Monika is driven by the belief that delivery is not a back-office function — it is the moment where a company’s promise either holds or breaks. Her focus at FMG is to make that moment reliable, fast, and built for scale.
